About the role
As the Construction/Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the project homes from start to completion. This means looking after all staff issues, WH&S operations, project management and reporting to the Directors on issues with solutions to be resolved.

Duties & responsibilities
Reporting to the Director you will be responsible for:
- Manage Project Homes
- Handle or WH&S Issues
- Fair Trading issues
- Deal with all issues with the business’ suppliers
- Handle the maintenance team
- Use the database to build projects
- Train staff
Skills & experience
You will be able to demonstrate proven experience in the following:
- Ideally Tertiary qualification in construction
- A passion for display homes and the industry
- Experience in contracts and tenders
- Experience in dealing with Fair Trading
- Time Management and Organisation skills
- Flexibility approach towards work
- Team Player attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Maintenance Project Skills
- OnSite Companion experience
- Onsite Experience with New Homes Construction
