About the role
As the Construction/Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the project homes from start to completion. This means looking after all staff issues, WH&S operations, project management and reporting to the Directors on issues with solutions to be resolved.
This is a fantastic position for you to become part of an award-winning business.

Duties & responsibilities
Reporting to the Director you will be responsible for:

  • Manage Project Homes
  • Handle or WH&S Issues
  • Fair Trading issues
  • Deal with all issues with the business’ suppliers
  • Handle the maintenance team
  • Use the database to build projects
  • Train staff 

Skills & experience
You will be able to demonstrate proven experience in the following:

  • Ideally Tertiary qualification in construction
  • A passion for display homes and the industry
  • Experience in contracts and tenders
  • Experience in dealing with Fair Trading
  • Time Management and Organisation skills
  • Flexibility approach towards work
  • Team Player attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Maintenance Project Skills
  • OnSite Companion experience
  • Onsite Experience with New Homes Construction
