Due to substantial growth, our client is seeking a commercial supervisor to join a well established team to manage and supervisor multiple construction projects across the Perth metro area.
Client Details
Our client, is a well-known construction contractor who specialise in the residential & commercial industry. The services they offer include custom designs, building, construction & maintenance. After recent successful tenders with larger TIER companies, our client has a need to grow the business and expand the construction team. What separates them from other construction companies is their passion for people and the work they do.
Description
As commercial supervisor your main responsibilities will be to lead a team on multiple commercial construction projects. Construction will be focused around landscaping and finishing work from small to large scales. You will also be involved in:
- Procurement of materials & resources
- Liaising with clients & internal staff
- Leading & mentoring your team
- Contracts administration
- Managing multiple sites
We are seeking a strong leader with good communication skills that is well organised and can meet deadlines.
Profile
To be successfully shortlisted you will have:
- Previous experience running multiple construction projects
- Coordinating sub contractors on site and working with clients
- Soft & hard landscaping experience
- Understand budgets and how to resolve issues in a cost effective manner
- Create scopes of work, procure resources and assist in contracts administration
- Able to work in a team environment
M.R. License would be high regarded
Must have full working rights in Australia
