2XM are proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of Australis largest and respected construction companies. They are looking for 2 Site Supervisors to start Immediately on a ILU project in Sydney.
 
Your new company

• This organisation is one of the Australia’s most recognised builders, working for clients across the private and public sectors to deliver schools, aged care, health, Residential and commercial projects.
• he project itself is a $20M ILU development that is coming out of the ground as we speak.
• The project is well organised, well-resourced and is ready for experienced Supervisor’s to join their team.

Your new role

• Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for: Timely procurement of materials to ensure project remains on schedule
• Allocation and coordination of trades and labour
• mplementation of WHS procedures
• Communication with the client, project manager and suppliers
• Site based document control

What you'll need to succeed

• Trade qualification Minimum of 5 years previous experience as a Foreman or Site Manager in the commercial or Residential sector
• Excellent communication skills
• An eye for detail
• The ability to build rapport with contacts across the site
• Strong knowledge of the Sydney trades base
