Zenviron is one of the leading Balance of Plant contractors for Wind and Solar Farm projects in Australia with a number of major projects under construction.

About the role:

Following recent success, we are currently seeking applications from experienced Electrical Construction Managers for major wind farm projects in Victoria and NSW.

Reporting to the project manager, this project will be approximately 12 months in duration.

Key responsibilities and requirements include:

• Demonstrated experience in the management and supervision of staff

• Electrical Trade / Electrical Engineering degree

• Proven leadership, coordination and supervision of works in the field to achieve Electrical outcomes

• Experience with the construction of Electrical Substations

• Implementing and managing construction activities to ensure compliance with HSE standards, regulations and practices

• Planning and scheduling the scope of work for the project

To be considered for this role, you will have previous Electrical Construction experience managing Construction Supervisors and Subcontractors as well as the ability to liaise daily with on-site client representatives, white and blue collar staff. Well-developed communication skills and the ability to prepare correspondence and reports are essential, as is high levels of self-motivation to coordinate the project activities of a team.
