To support the delivery of our projects, we are seeking a full-time Recruitment and Training Administrator with demonstrated high-level administrative capabilities to support NorthHub’s recruitment, training, reporting, and general HR functions. Additionally, if you have prior recruitment experience, including drafting job ads, coordinating interviews and reference checks, arranging pre-employment medicals and supporting the onboarding of new employees, then this is a great role for you.



Your primary focus will be providing high level administrative and operational recruitment and training support across our SA projects to ensure favourable workforce participation outcomes. You will have a strong administrative background with a keen eye for attention to detail, and you will a key point of contact for project managers, supervisors and other leaders across our projects.



The Recruitment and Training Administrator will also provide an initial key point of contact for NorthHub’s external stakeholders, including job seekers, RTO’s, and other networks regarding training and employment objectives. You will enjoy working within a small team that is proactive to ensure project needs are met efficiently and within a timely fashion.



To be considered for this role you will have the following:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role;
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management experience;
  • Experience in end to end recruitment processes;
  • Strong administrative skills with a high-level of attention to detail;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Sound ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple tasks with conflicting deadlines;
  • Knowledge of employment services and the VET sector including traineeship and apprenticeship framework (desirable).
