Zenviron is one of the leading Balance of Plant contractors for Wind and Solar Farm projects in Australia with a number of major projects under construction.
About the role:
Following recent success, we are currently seeking applications from experienced Electrical Supervisors for major wind farm projects in Victoria and NSW.
Reporting to the Electrical Construction manager, this project will be approximately 12 months in duration.
Key responsibilities / experience will include:
- Fostering and managing customer relationships
- Organising Electrical Subcontractors and suppliers
- Planning and managing the overall execution of electrical functions
- Ensuring project quality is aligned with statutory and client requirements
- Assist with the preparation and management of projects budgets and cost control issues when required
- Management of labour and supervision to ensure efficient utilisation
The successful candidate will have:
- Electrical Trade Certificate
- Strong, clear, verbal and technical skills
- Capability in commercials, budgets/construction metrics and change management
- Experience working in the maintenance sector with High Voltage experience
- Renewables energy / Wind Turbine experience (preferred)
To be considered for this role, you will have previous Electrical Construction experience managing Construction Supervisors and Subcontractors as well as the ability to liaise daily with on-site client representatives, white and blue collar staff. Well-developed communication skills and the ability to prepare correspondence and reports are essential, as is high levels of self-motivation to coordinate the project activities of a team.
