Your new company
A multi award winning local Apartment builder who is quickly becoming one of the most recognisable names in the market. Based in the Inner suburbs, my client has a complete order book of projects taking them into late 2018. The management are previously from Tier 1 backgrounds and over the last 18 months, their office team has doubled in size. Due to recently won projects, they are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the leadership team to work on projects valued up to $30M.
Your new role
As Senior Project Manager you will:
- Run the procurement process
- Coordinate subcontractors
- Liaise with the site team and drive projects to an effective and successful conclusion
- You will manage all correspondence with the relevant stakeholders including the client, consultants, architects and internal staff.
- Ideally you will have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a Project Management role responsible for delivering Commercial Apartment projects to the value of $30M for a main contractor based in Australia.
- You must have a degree relevant to Construction or a carpentry trade qualification.
- Ability to achieve quality outcomes coupled with a can do attitude, through collaborative client based outcome solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
