Your new company
This national builder has been successfully delivering vital infrastructure projects for nearly 30 years. With a solid pipeline of predominately retail refurb and fit out projects on the Gold Coast, they require a Night Foreman to join their team.
Your new role
This position will see you assigned to retail refurbishment and fit out projects. This position will see you working closely alongside and running the night crew. You will oversee the running of site contractors and adhering to tight/non negotiable time frames. You will be responsible for managing safety requirement and ensuring these requirements are adhered to.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position, you will have demonstrated experience running retail refurbishment and fit out projects. You will have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to build relationships with tenants and subcontractors. Ideally you be a carpenter/joinery by qualification and hold a current QBCC supervisors licence.
