SALES / PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR

A full time Sales / Project Co-ordinator position with lots of variety within the commercial building industry.  Location - South Melbourne

5. Ability to learn new skills.
6. Drivers License.

Features of the Role.

1. We work within the commercial building industry. Our products and services include: Solar film to windows to reduce energy consumption and improve occupant comfort. Safety, security and bomb resistant window film. Digital graphics, some signage and decorative film for office fit-outs.
2. Sales. Strengthening and building relationships with our long term, existing customers – mainly builders and architects.
3. Job Costing. Calculating quantities from drawings or site visits.
4. Ordering materials for projects, organising the works and liaising with our installers.
5. Ample scope for career progression and personal growth.

Duties Include:

1. Sales and Contract Administration.
2. Customer relationship management.
3. Site visits to discuss projects with customers, show samples and get briefs.
4. Tendering, estimating and quoting (Training provided).
5. Site measure and organising projects. (Training provided).
6. Liaising with our suppliers, project cost monitoring and dealing with questions from our installers.
7. Invoicing projects.
8. Working closely with other staff and the installation teams.
