About you:

Our Head Office team is looking for a high energy, positive and enthusiastic team member to join our Eastern suburbs based office.

You are a customer–focused, solution–oriented person and are also resourceful, resilient and have excellent attention to detail. As you will be receiving all inbound customer calls and emails, you need to be passionate about customer service. You thrive on working in a fast–paced environment, have good problem solving abilties as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

O&M is entering an exciting growth phase so you are someone who adapts well to change and is motivated by opportunities to improve and grow. At the same time you will need to be organised, work well under pressure and manage your time effectively.

About the role:

The main responsiblities you will have include, but are not limited to:

  • Receving inbound customer calls and emails
  • Providing customer support and assisting with customer inquiries
  • Processing customer orders
  • Providing pricing and delivery information
  • Maintaining and updating customer databases
  • Updating social media platforms
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks as directed
  • Logistics coordination

 

To be considered for this role you have:

  • At least 2 years experience in a Customer Service roll handing inbound and outbound calls
  • Computer literacy including MS Office and general skills with CRM database software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi–task and work autonomously
  • Strong problem–solving, organisation and time management skills.
  • Positive, flexible and enthusiastic attitude
  • Professional phone manner and presentation
