Your new role

Several roles exist for both government and non goverment clients where your contact centre/call centre experience will be highly regarded. We are looking for their next call centre super stars. 5 opportunities exists on ongoing contracts with 3 of these opportunities holding the opportunity to convert to permanent work. Your new role will be to support the team through exceptional Customer service and query resolution. You will work in a supportive team environment whereby the phone and people are your best friends during working hours.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role you will have recognised call centre experience in a high volume modality. You will work well under pressure and have exceptional communication. Retail candidates with exceptional communication skills will still be considered and urged to apply. You will understand that there is a time and place for everything and will use language accordingly to reflect messages in both written and verbal mode in a professional manner. You will have good comprehension skills and can communicate with different people from all walks of life. Your ability to learn new systems will be strong and adapting to change will not affect your performance and well being.
