In this key role you are responsible for leading and developing one of our highest performing teams at our Toowong based Head Office.



This is a highly visible team leader role and integral to the success of our business. On a daily basis, you will be responding to general and escalated queries from customers, clients and team members. You will be required to provide analytical reports daily, weekly and monthly, whilst identifying areas of potential efficiency improvements. You will be a key player in driving staff engagement and creating a positive, driven and fun working environment through developing action plans that optimise performance and drive continuous improvement.



To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience within Collections (debt purchasing would be advantageous)

  • An understanding of legislation relating to debt recovery

  • Comprehensive knowledge of compounding interest on credit cards and personal loans

  • To know how to deliver amazing service and build strong relationships, keeping the customer at the forefront

  • A passion for leadership, coaching & development

  • Proven ability in driving team engagement

  • The ability to build and develop your team's skills and competencies
