About the opportunity

We are seeking a Novated Driver Liaison to join our high-performing Novated Leasing team at our St Leonards office. This is a great role for an individual that has excellent communication skills and numeric ability and can demonstrate self-motivation with a pro-active approach.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Manage customer enquiries about their existing lease
• Keep drivers informed and assist in managing the vehicle delivery process
• Assist in allocation of new customer leads
• Create and process lease variations
• Assist customers to transfer their leases from other providers

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have strong written, verbal and numerical communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all areas of business
• Possess a strong customer service ethos and a willingness to go the extra mile
