Company

My client is a global manufacturer and distributor of premium electrical products all across Australia. They are a growing national company that has recently promoted from within and is now looking for someone to join their successful team as an internal sales customer service representative.

Role

This role will see you mainly being responsible for looking after the internal sales of a large portfolio of top quality products as well as supporting both the external and other internal sales staff.

The main areas of responsibility for the role will include but not be limited to;

• Internal sales of a large portfolio of specialised products
• Process and follow up of customers' orders, quotes and telephone enquiries
• Maintain and develop customer relationships and accounts
• Ensuring Customer orders are received in line with promised delivery date
• Proactively managing customer interactions via telephone and seizing opportunities to upsell

Essential Experience Needed

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Be proactive and a quick learner
• Must be able to multi task and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
• Strong work ethic and a desire to strive for customer satisfaction
• Experience in lighting or an electrical position will be advantageous

• $55,000 to $65,000
