Creating and implementing amazing new technology into the real estate industry.

Your new role

• On boarding and processing trials of the product
• Providing advice & information on product benefits
• Managing the support channels to ensure customer support is delivered effectively & efficiently
• Review of Customer usage and productivity
• Contact clients to carry out follow ups
• Converting trials into sales!!!

What you'll need to succeed

• Analytical & a problem solver
• Previous Technical Support experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with CRM systems e.g. Salesforce
• Experience with support systems e.g. Intercom or ServiceCloud
• Account management experience a huge advantage
• Confident in converting/closing a sale
