A medical device company in Chatswood has an opening for a Customer Service Representative to join there fun, dynamic team. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills and provide an excellent service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make warm outbound calls to already existing customers
• Provide customers with information about the products
• Manage the logistics to ensure that the products can get to the customers
• Respond to emails and manage incoming correspondence

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years Customer Service experience
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Show empathy towards customers
• Good computer skills (Microsoft -Outlook, Excel and Word)
• Able to work effectively in a team environment
