Kitchen Group opened its first showroom in 1996 and there are currently 60 showrooms integrated into the Freedom and Good Guys stores across NSW, VIC, QLD and ACT.

We take inspiration from the latest European kitchen trends and because we manufacture locally, can adapt concepts and bring on trend designs rapidly to the Australian market.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Case Manager to develop their efficiencies and expertise in customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for all of our customers via a consistent and exceptional service.

Key role responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Investigate and resolve customer service complaints
  • Document and report on customer service matters
  • Implement fair customer solutions
  • Make recommendations that improve the customer experience by reviewing processes, policies and procedures

To be successful in the role, you will require have the following experience:

  • Experience in customer complaints handling
  • Experience in external dispute resolution
  • Experience in call centre, or similar telephone-related, customer service background
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Computer Skills
  • Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
  • Kitchen or renovation background would be highly regarded
