Head of Health Screening Services (HSS)

UHG is a digital services company with a long history of providing innovative solutions for businesses to improve their outcomes.We are changing the way in which businesses access healthcare solutions through our medEbridge system.
Our 10 year goal is to become THE go-to platform for businesses to procure healthcare services and to achieve this mission it is critical that our in-house built medEbridge platform is developed to provide a secure, clean, intuitive and efficient user experience for all users.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced people leader to Head up our Health Screening Services Division. The role is responsible to ensure the effective design and delivery of complex, diverse products and services within HSS. You will be responsible for determining what the customer is trying to accomplish, why the goals are important from a market perspective and delivering services that delight our customer.

To be successful in this role you will have:
Experience leading large teams in an operational environment
Be a structured and logical thinker with a proven history of building systems that work
Exceptional leadership and coaching skills
Exposure to an insurer environment would be advantageous

You will be required to undergo a National Police Check with continued employment at UHG subject to a successful Police Check.
