This is a forward thinking, entrepreneurial finance lending company with a twist.  They are not your average finance organisation but rather a company that invests in its people, are passionate about what they do and above all foster a fun culture that empowers their employees. This is an Entry Level solution’s driven role where you will use email, phone and Live Chat with customers, internal Sales Reps, Partners, Credit Analysts, Underwriting, Closing and Finance Teams.   With career progression available this is the perfect role if you have a passion for finance, collections and customer service.  You must be Degree qualified. 

WHAT ARE THE DUTIES?

  • Handle high volume outbound and inbound phone calls
  • Negotiate the collection of outstanding accounts in a respectful manner and build rapport with customers
  • Adhere to all legislative guidelines including ASIC and ACCC and Privacy Act
  • Handle multiple incoming requests through LiveChat, phone, and email and provide in-depth, knowledgeable answers
  • Identify and solve potential and current problems by analysing information and data across multiple databases
  • Maintain accurate account records, ensuring all relevant customer information is obtained and updated.
  • Proactive and willing to learn
  • Build effective strategic partnerships

WHAT DO I NEED TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN?

  • You have 1-2 years’ experience in a Customer Support or collections role and have a strong focus on service
  • Degree qualified 
  • Experience using Salesforce is desired but not essential as on the job training will be provided
  • Banking/finance experience is a plus
  • You have proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Outstanding communication skills a must
  • You have a positive attitude, are team oriented, social, and fun to work with
  • You love to solve escalated issues
  • You are technically savvy and love keeping up with the latest technology
  • You are flexible and adaptable to change and able to multitask at a very high level whilst maintaining multiple deadlines

WHAT IS THE SALARY, HOURS ETC?

  • This role is paying $58K+s
  • 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
