If you have a passion for our sport and are looking to join a fun and friendly team, then this role is for you! We are currently seeking a Customer Support Team Leader to join our team at Tennis HQ.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, you will be responsible for the Customer Support services across the entire business and Australian Open (AO) Information Distribution Project Group. Critical to success this position needs to know the Tennis Australia business, collaborate and liaise with all departments in the organisation.

What you’re passionate about:

  • Planning, developing and implementing Customer Support operational plan, vision & behaviours
  • Leading by example and empowering the Customer Support Team, Information Services, AO Help Squad, Spruikers & Information Distribution Group.
  • Embracing operational policies, processes & reporting and ensuring the team are informed of strategic direction
  • Creating and developing training programs & material for all teams
  • Coordinating team rosters, meetings & daily updates.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • High level of empathy & understanding of the customers’ needs within the tennis industry
  • Extensive knowledge of Customer support and systems, database management and developed IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for people
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment with competing tasks.
