The Company

This market leading manufacturing company has been supplying products Nationwide and requires an experienced Customer Service Consultant to join their vibrant team and commence immediately

The Position;

Assist customers with enquiries
Answer all incoming calls
Order entry
Email management and processing customer enquiries
Provide product updates to customers
Perform general administration as required

The Candidate

Experience in a similar end to end Customer Service role
Demonstrative excellent communication skills
Have high attention to detail
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Experience with the system Salesforce is highly desirable
