IntegraPay is a payment service provider operating in Australia, New Zealand and the USA, with payment partnerships in Malaysia, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, and the UK.

We are growing! Our expanding sales team has an inside sales role available for a hungry solutions seller within our Brisbane head office.

What does success look like?

In a nutshell you will meet and exceed your revenue based targets and reap the commission rewards!

Your sharp business acumen will enable you to speak with potential clients of all sizes. Importantly, you will quickly pick up new ideas and technological concepts – our business is in payment technology after all!

 

You’ll be doing the following:

  • Have fun, laugh, not take yourself seriously;
  • Show excitement!
  • Qualify and action all leads;
  • Record all details and stages of the process in SalesForce;
  • Liaise with Risk & Compliance, and Sales Support teams to ensure speedy processing and underwriting, and;
  • Own and support your clients to ensure transactions and revenue targets are met

 

About you

Your prior knowledge and sales experience in the financial services or payments industry will give you a clear advantage to hit the ground running and create your success.

 

Additionally:

  • Hungry for sales with min 2 years sales exp;
  • Ability to meet sales targets and KPIs;
  • The ability to understand a client’s business and solution sell;
  • Winning personality with excellent verbal & written communication, especially phone manner;
  • Relationship building and account management skills;
  • Results focused problem solving and dispute resolution skills;
  • Sound time management skills including the ability to meet tight deadlines;
  • Ability to work autonomously, and;
  • Experience using CRM systems - Salesforce experience desirable.
