The Company

The Role

We are looking for a proactive, customer service focused and motivated person to join our established Risk Services team in our Perth office. Our team supports the Australian and New Zealand sales force in the provision of risk protection products.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing a portfolio of renewals to ensure our Members are retained and adequately protected;
  • Providing general advice to Members regarding protection enquiries;
  • Processing and administering new business, renewals and acceptances;
  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with the Sales teams; and
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times.

Experience Required

  • Insurance industry experience;
  • Tier 1 RG146 accreditation (desirable);
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a team; and
  • Ability to manage numerous tasks within set timeframes and meet deadlines.
