Located in the Norwest Business Park with onsite parking, this is the ideal opportunity to showcase your skills and experience whilst working within this cohesive team!

This position requires an individual with a strong customer focus who is confident, capable and lends itself to someone who enjoys using their initiative.

Within this varied role, your duties will include, however not be limited to:

  • Entering and processing of customer orders via phone and email
  • Receipting and logging of physical inwards and outwards components and parts,
    along with despatch and freighting functions
  • Prioritising and to aligning workload to meet expected outcomes on customer expectations
  • Identify critical paths in order deliveries, whether goods may be despatched in part or as a consolidated shipment - working with the logistics and freight forwarders for effective on time delivery or with contingencies and next best alternative scenario
  • Managing returned items and periodic Stock/Inventory reconciliations
    Managing and resolving escalated issues and customer complaints
  • Responding to internal and external enquires and customer orders in a timely manner
  • Supporting the Customer Service Manager and the wider team when the Customer Service Manager is onsite with customers
  • Develop, maintain and strengthen customer relationships
  • Assisting with quotes and reports
  • Recommend changes to policies and procedures that increase efficiencies and delivers improved service to customers
  • Expediting bookings and shipments
  • Assist with inventory management
  • Adhoc projects as required

To be considered for this opportunity, the following skills and attributes are essential:

  • You must have demonstrated customer service experience, minimally five years
  • The ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
  • Experience using ERP systems, multi-company (Aust/NZ) highly regarded
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Problem solving skills
  • Positive and professional can-do attitude and ability to multi task
  • High level of attention to detail
  • High level computer literacy, Excel skills highly regarded
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills
  • Excellent organisational and prioritization skills
  • Experience within supply chain, inventory or logistics will be highly regarded

This role requires a self-motivated individual who prides themselves on exceeding a customer's expectations.
