About the role

Your Responsibilities will include:

• interviewing customers in an Outbound Sales environment to identify their insurance needs
• explaining to customers details of insurance and conditions, risk coverage, premiums and benefits
• assisting customers to determine the type and level of coverage required
• calculating premiums and establishing method of payment
• reviewing customers circumstances to ensure that the level and coverage of insurance is still appropriate
• recording information about customers and their policies
• keeping up-to-date with changes in the insurance industry and informing customers of new developments

Skills and experience

To be Successful in this role, you will require the following:

• Strong Outbound sales experience, , door to door, telesales, B2B, retail
• 3 years previous insurance experience
• Excellent communication skills and great phone manner
• Ability to work as part of a team and have strong work ethics
• Results driven and highly motivated
• Positive and driven attitude
• Working rights in Australia
