The Role

Due to the growth of our organisation we are looking for a Call Centre Manager with the view to increase the scope of our operations from Victoria to all of Australia.

Key elements of the role

  • Recruitment and training of new staff, primarily sales consultants and call centre staff

  • Creating and improving systems which drive performance

  • Management of staff so that they meet KPIs

  • Monitoring and meeting important KPIs

 

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you would:

  • Have a proven track record training and managing sales consultants to meet and exceed KPIs.

  • Are comfortable being held accountable, and holding others accountable. You see the value in creating the infrastructure for accountability across the organization, and are comfortable putting this in place.

  • Love running the day-to-day of the business, and take great pride in “making sure the trains run on-time.”

  • Be skilled at ensuring communication is effectively flowing across the organisation.
