The Role
Due to the growth of our organisation we are looking for a Call Centre Manager with the view to increase the scope of our operations from Victoria to all of Australia.
Key elements of the role

Recruitment and training of new staff, primarily sales consultants and call centre staff

Creating and improving systems which drive performance
-
Management of staff so that they meet KPIs

Monitoring and meeting important KPIs
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you would:

Have a proven track record training and managing sales consultants to meet and exceed KPIs.

Are comfortable being held accountable, and holding others accountable. You see the value in creating the infrastructure for accountability across the organization, and are comfortable putting this in place.
