Being a major actor in the market research industry we have client-centric, outcome-driven approach. Our call centre provides advice to our clients based on information collected from our telephone surveys.

 

To be considered for this position you will have: 

  • Exceptional reading and speaking skills.
  • A polite & professional telephone manner, excellent communication skills with respondents, stakeholders, and greater EY Sweeney team
  • Demonstrated fluency in spoken and written English - excellent grammar, punctuation and spelling is required and a an average typing speed between 50 to 80 wpm
  • Ability to understand and follow correct procedures with minimal errors
  • A strong interest in the data collection process and adherence to data integrity
  • Eligible to work in Australia (International students/WHV holders welcome) 
  • Punctual, respectful and professional presentation at all times
  • Proven understanding of the standards relating to quality data in market research (accuracy, consistency and integrity). In your cover letter, please include a concise, 100-word paragraph to highlight your understanding of what it means to collect ‘quality data.’
  • Experience in market research will be highly regarded but not essential

You need to commit to a minimum of 4 shifts per week and be available for the training session.

  • Above award hourly rates plus allowances (in accordance with the provisions of the NUW and AMSRO market research industry agreement)
  • Paid full training under ISO 20252

Available shifts are:
- Monday to Friday : 9am-4:30pm, with the possibility of longer shifts (running as late as 8:30pm)

 

Applicants deemed suitable will be invited to attend an interview at our South Melbourne office. If successful during the interviewing stage the applicant will be contacted for paid training and briefing to be held at our South Melbourne office. Training attendance is mandatory to be considered for the role.
