The Australian Security Industry Association Limited (ASIAL) is the peak national body for security professionals. Established in 1969, ASIAL is a well-respected national body with over 2,600 members.
We are seeking a motivated Membership Coordinator with exceptional customer service skills to join our team and contribute to the Association's ongoing success.
Located on Sydney's lower north shore, our office has convenient access to transport and local cafes.
Your new role
You will join a small dedicated team of motivated individuals to be a champion for members across all aspects of our business. An outgoing and positive person, your responsibilities will include engaging with members to provide online and phone support; administering member programs and database; and processing membership applications and renewals.
Key attributes you will need
To succeed in this role you will be an experienced customer service professional with a 'can do' approach; you will have a strong work ethic and be able to work collaboratively in a team environment and possess excellent telephone and written communication skills. You will also have a strong eye for detail and accuracy in managing member information and data, and be familiar with CRM systems, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Software.
