This Position is responsible for providing customer end to end support through-out the order management process for all products and functions associated with sales order management,receipt,verification of terms,pricing and delivery and entering of customers purchase orders. This includes customer request to return products.

Working with the Customer Service Team to ensure the companies policies and procedures. Ensure end to end support for customer orders and enquiries. You will partner with internal teams to ensure customers needs and company objectives are met.

Description

  • interact with customers to provide information regarding orders,product availability, pricing and any other customer service related issues
  • communicate effectively across all functional areas to gather information related to customers orders
  • Enter orders into current systems and review for accuracy(Pricing,payment terms ,freight terms,product availability
  • Maintain and update CS procedures
  • Identify incorrect pricing information
  • Work closely with various departments on payments of, credit limits and delivery hold and initiate collection efforts on past due accounts and research and assist in the resolution of sales invoice discrepancies as they arise

Profile

  • 1-3 years experience working in a customer service role
  • Strong phone contact handling skills
  • Strong computer skills and experience with basic Microsoft Office required
  • Familiar with CRM systems and SAP Desirable
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Manufacturing background is Ideal , Stock orders, Processed purchase orders, Warehouse Understanding
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Distribute Leads and Enquiries to Sales Team
