Working for a global company based in the Sydney CBD. This is an ideal temp position for someone with an excellent phone manner and great customer service skills. This role requires candidates to be flexible with start and finish times within the range of 8am-6pm (7.5 hours per day total). Immediate start. 5 month contract.

Role:

Working in a fast paced call centre
Handling inbound enquiries
Data entry skills
Making outbound calls to customers as required.

Experience required:

Excellent customer service skills
Experience using the MS Office suite, in particular Outlook
A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn!
