The Member Support Specialist holds a central and crucial role in this organisation being primarily responsible for Level 1 support and the resolution of inbound customer enquiries via live chat, email and phone. You will build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders in order to provide an exceptional service to members.

Responsibilities include
• Respond to, monitor & manage inbound support enquiries and incidents
• Provide customers with answers, solve complex problems & step up in challenging situations
• Be a trainer, a coach, a troubleshooter and everything in-between
• Phone, email, internet browsers, CRM, ITSM, PC, Mac, Wireless, remote and more, you will master all the tools at your disposal
• Liaise with 2nd and 3rd level support and/or key business partners to ensure member requirements are met in an efficient and effective manner.

• Strong initiative and drive, proactive and flexible
• Strong problem solving & decision making
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Previous experience in a customer focused environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be intelligent and resilient.
