Successful and long standing online finance company requires a Collections Officer to join our Accounts Department.

Preference will be given to those who best suit the following selection criteria.

Collections experience preferred
Positive "can do" attitude
Strong "win/win" negotiation skills
Reliable and punctual
Fast learner with strong computer acumen
Focused on the job to achieve KPIs
Excellent verbal and listening skills
Build positive rapport with customers
Deal with difficult and challenging customers
