The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Resolving software issues in relation to an app
• Dealing with inbound and outbound phone calls
• Successfully achieving set KPIs and targets
• Location: Sydney CBD - accessible via public transport
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 7pm (rotating 8-hour shift) 
• Salary: $50,000 + Superannuation + Bonus 

You
In order to be successful in this role, you must have the following: 

• Experience in a previous Customer Service role
• Great problem solving skills
• A proven ability to hit KPIs and targets
• Experience in troubleshooting
• Excellent communication skills
• An ability to work within a team environment
