Join a large, friendly team in an Australian business based in St Leonards. You will be liaising daily with customers and third party contractors to assist with enquires, co-ordinate site access and issuing permits all over Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with incoming enquiries from customers and external contractors
  • Facilitating site access by issuing permits and processing paperwork
  • Coordinating and schedule site visits and ensuring access is granted
  • Ensuring all processes are correct and that polices are adhered to

Key Requirements:

  • Strong customer service experience
  • Good administration skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
