About the role
 
Working as an effective member within the Client Services Centre, you will be required to receive and process incoming correspondence, applications and reports by phone and email relating to aviation licensing, certifications and regulatory service approvals. Accurate monitoring and records management following strict established procedures is essential. You will be required to take incoming and make outbound calls along with performing accurate data entry and administrative duties. The environment can be quite demanding with a high volume of work as it provides vital services to ensure aviation safety requirements are met.
 
About you
 
We're seeking an individual whom is comfortable working under time constraints and can be an effective member within a high performing team. You will require a high level of communication ability, prioritisation skill and sense of urgency. Training will be provided however you must hold computer literacy, data entry speed and accuracy and effective use of MS Office applications. Problem solving skill and a high level of customer service is essential. Experience in a contact centre, service/client delivery is essential.
 
The ability to successfully pass a police check is required.
