Help our client keep and grow their customers by calling warm and fresh leads to come and enjoy their resorts at a discounted rate.

You'll have:

• A fun, energetic, confident, and self-motivated personality

• Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

• Impeccable phone manner with the ability to quickly build rapport and influence people

• Basic computer skills (for data entry and office software, at least 35-40 words per minute)

• Strong and confident English verbal communications skills

• Ability to work independently and with a team

• Experience in a similar outbound sales role is required

• Experience in travel, hospitality or tourism telemarketing would be a plus

To:

• Call warm and fresh leads to sell them a product/service

• Accurately describe product features and benefits

• Process sales in an accurate and timely manner

• Capture, enter and update customer information and supporting data accurately
