IMMEDIATE START
Our recently expanded Call Centre in Campbelltown is looking for staff to join our Motivated team.
Looking for people able to work an afternoon shift starting at 3:30pm - 8pm In this time you will be calling a combination of existing and new contacts to book in home appointments for our sales team to attend.
This role includes taking inbound and outbound calls, speaking to a diverse group of people at all levels with full training provided to help improve your daily performance.
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
A successful candidate will display the following:
- Must speak clear and fluent English
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Goal orientated
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- The ability to genuinely engage
- The ability to build and develop strong relationships quickly
- Driven and self motivated
- A pro-active and driven attitude, and a strong desire to hit and exceed daily targets
- Daily positive attitude and a bubbly personality
- Previous experience is not required however is an advantage
