The Consumer Affairs team is a close-knit team who work together to represent the brand in a professional, informed and understanding manner.

Description

The key duties of the Consumer Specialist will include, but not be limited to;

  • Handling customer complaints and queries in a professional and empathetic manner;
  • Develop customised and highly personalised communications for a wide range of clients;
  • Be aware of trends across the consumer market;
  • Manage the social media accounts on behalf of the brand and being solely responsible for the promotion of the brand's products;
  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of products and social issues through an enthusiastic and informed approach to your communication.

Profile

The standout candidate must be able to demonstrate;

  • A passion for the brand and a willingness to learn more;
  • An understanding of either Psychology, HR or other social sciences where an interest in social interactions and trends is paramount;
  • Excellent communication skills and a degree of maturity in communication style;
  • Empathy and understanding;
  • The ability to multi-task and also, flexibility;
  • Great teamwork skills, along with the ability to think on your feet;
  • Outstanding customer service skills- experience within a contact centre is highly preferable;
  • Understanding and knowledge of social media platforms.
