Description
The key duties of the Consumer Specialist will include, but not be limited to;
- Handling customer complaints and queries in a professional and empathetic manner;
- Develop customised and highly personalised communications for a wide range of clients;
- Be aware of trends across the consumer market;
- Manage the social media accounts on behalf of the brand and being solely responsible for the promotion of the brand's products;
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of products and social issues through an enthusiastic and informed approach to your communication.
Profile
The standout candidate must be able to demonstrate;
- A passion for the brand and a willingness to learn more;
- An understanding of either Psychology, HR or other social sciences where an interest in social interactions and trends is paramount;
- Excellent communication skills and a degree of maturity in communication style;
- Empathy and understanding;
- The ability to multi-task and also, flexibility;
- Great teamwork skills, along with the ability to think on your feet;
- Outstanding customer service skills- experience within a contact centre is highly preferable;
- Understanding and knowledge of social media platforms.
