West End Mazda has an opportunity for an energetic & confident Motor Vehicle Service Receptionist for our dynamic fast paced North Parramatta Service Department.

This position is based at North Parramatta, Monday to Friday on a rotating roster of either 700am-3pm or 930-530pm in accordance with the standard 38 hour week. Some Saturday work (half day) is available as overtime. This position is a great way to continue to grow your career in the automotive industry.

Key responsibilities:

• Be responsible for a VERY busy swtich. Answering all inbound Guest calls to the Service department.

• Direct calls and messages to appropriate staff as required.

• Daily Repair Order costings.

• General Administrative duties as required.

• Capability to learn and utilise our Pentana DMS & Microsoft Outlook.

• Order and maintain inventory of office supplies.

• Balance daily banking.

The successful candidate will:

• Be confident and comfortable with speaking with new people over the phone (this role is not customer facing)
• Have strong experience dealing with a busy switchboard
• Display exceptional customer service and warm communication skills
• Have up to 1 - 3 years current working experience in a similar role.

• Possess a strong work ethic

• Be professionally presented and well spoken

• Friendly, confident, approachable and positive

• Have a reliable Can Do attitude and be a proactive go getter.
