This role is ideal for friendly, confident and self-motivated individuals looking to apply their existing inside sales skills. Working closely with various departments, you will play a key part in the growth and continued success of the business.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Work with the Team Leader to understand development and revenue expectations from breadth accounts.
  • Understand and articulate rhipe's unique value proposition.
  • Proactively engage with breadth partners and develop rapport.
  • Where possible identify key contacts within strategic business units for a Communication Alignment Plan.
  • Work closely with marketing to support the marketing calendar, driving event attendance from (all) MAL's & breadth where appropriate.
  • Provide first contact / white glove nurture of all leads from social and digital activities.
  • Identify and refer potentially significant leads and or breadth accounts to either Net New Hunter(s) or Relationship(s) Managers.
  • Work with Finance and RPO departments on follow-up and provide administration support where required.
Skills and Experience:
  • Preferred 1+ years' experience in a similar high-volume call centre or customer service role
  • Highly organised, motivated and results focused
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Sound technical aptitude with preferred experience in software license subscription, cloud computing or service provider business models
  • Experience in or demonstrated ability to use Microsoft O365, Microsoft CRM and Sharepoint
