Our client is an innovative Australian make-up brand, who is rapidly expanding their operations across the world. With a stable and fun team in Sydney, they are looking for another member to help customers with their product inquiries and orders.
Description
As a part of the Customer Service team, you will be using your knowledge and passion for makeup to help customers. In this, you will:
- Efficiently deal with online orders;
- Be able to manage calls, emails and social media inquiries;
- Handle returns and complaints;
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Record and stay on top of customer information through CRM system;
- Escalate issues if needed be.
Profile
As a successful applicant for this role you will be a passionate, motivated, enthusiastic and results-driven individual! In addition you should:
- Have experience from the cosmetics industry or a huge passion for makeup;
- Be able to show for an excellent track record in customer service;
- Love social media and be able to efficiently deal with various social media channels;
- Be quick on the computer and have the ability to multitask.
