We are a Social Media Marketing Platform which uses AI to prospect, dissect and present various online content to produce and manage marketing campaigns for a wide variety of companies across multiple industries. We currently operate in several locations across Australia, the U.S, and the U.K. Due to a massive investment by a few local powerhouses we are looking to expand our Customer Care Team here in APAC!

About the role:
  
Primarily you will be responding to a diverse range of inbound customer inquiries via phone or email. You'll be looking for resolutions which provide value to our lovely customers.

The next side of your roles will involve assisting in the collection of data for other customer-centric sides of the business, looking at many of our key performance indicators to ensure we are providing value.

 
What are we looking for?
  
  1. A customer-focused approach to your daily tasks with the goal in mind to always provide a positive experience.
  2. A readiness and willingness to take on new tasks and learn new things
  3. An upbeat attitude with a drive to succeed in whatever you're doing
  4. Articulate and Well-Written in English
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
  6. Ability to develop a rapport with people over the phone 
  
You could be from either;
  
  1. Customer Service experience, either in person or over the phone
  2. Hospitality or Retail experience is preferable 
  3. Ideally a recent graduate 
  4. Any role where you believe you have the transferable skills to succeed
