Your new company
My client requires a flexible, customer service focused individual to work in their CBD branch. Their recent increase in workload has created a new vacancy for a Customer Service Officer to join in their contact centre department.


Your new role
you will be a valued member of staff, as you will be the face and voice of the organization. This role involves a mixture of both face to face and inbound call enquires. Day to day you will respond to customer queries,providing a resolution to a variety of enquires utilising training materials and information provided. The working hours will be Monday to Friday, with 25 - 37.5 hours a week.

What you'll need to succeed

  • You will need to be flexible, working between 25 - 38 hours a week
  • You must have recent contact centre experience
  • You will need relevant customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a team under supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
