Our client is an international pharmaceutical company located in eastern creek, who are seeking a new inbound customer service representative. Our clients pride themselves on their great work environment and team culture.
Description
- Taking high volume inbound calls
- Handling generic customer complaints and queries
- Providing exceptional customer service as a first point of contact for clients
- Inputting high volume data entry and various clerical duties
Profile
- Ability to work through a rotating roster
- Must be computer literate
- Will be KPI driven
- Must have a positive behaviour and attitude
- Must have Customer Service experience
Job Offer
- On site parking
- 2 weeks training is provided
- 6 month temporary role with opportunity to turn permanent
- $25 - $30 per hour full time role
