Here is a fantastic opportunity for you to join a growing organisation as a Customer Service Representative. This customer service Department is a fast paced environment and so you will need to be able to multitask and prioritise. Your daily duties to ensure both internal and external customers requirements are met. 


You must have strong verbal communication skills, a keen eye for detail, very strong organisational skills and most importantly, a great attitude!

Your duties will include:

• Answer telephones in a friendly and professional manner
• Serve walk in clients in the Showroom
• Accurately take an order with client information, product information, purchase order number, contact details and delivery address.
• Enter the client order into the ERP computer system
• Inform customer of stock outs, short deliveries, delivery delays

You will have;

• An excellent telephone manner
• Keyboard speed (min. - intermediate) and accuracy (high)
• Experienced Order entry via an ERP system (e.g. SAP, Pronto, JD Edwards, etc)
• Intermediate Excel and Word skills
• Ability to talk to a diverse range of customers. 

The role is 8am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday and will continue until December 2018. Interested then apply now role is to start asap
