Logistics business based in Western Sydney seeks an experience Customer Service Manager to join their team.

Client Details

Our client is part of an international Logistics company delivering critical B2B services across Australia. They have sites across NSW and Australia and are looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead the team in NSW.

Description

  • Direct management and development of a team of Customer Service Officers
  • Develop and implement training programs
  • Develop and enforce KPIs across central team and off-site positions
  • Offer opportunities and solutions to develop efficiencies across the Customer Service team
  • Manage recruitment and hiring
  • One-to-one coaching
  • Escalation point for B2B Customers

Profile

To be successful in this role you should have a background in either Logistics/ Supply Chain/ or Industrial organisations. This role is hands and and needs someone who can really be "a part" of the business and be involved with stakeholders from the warehouse to the head offices overseas.

Experience using larger systems such as SAP or Salesforce would be ideal.
