About the role
- Answering incoming calls from agents, reps and customers and responding to all queries
- Order processing – data entry
- Database and file maintenance
- Authorising credits and processing returns
- Maintaining effective communication with customers and internal staff
- Co-ordinating workload to ensure all customer service goals are reached
- Additional special projects and duties as required
Skills and experience
- Minimum of one year experience within a similar function
- Demonstrated superior customer service skills, high level communication skills
- Clear concise telephone manner
- Efficient and accurate data entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail and follow up skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy – Microsoft office
