About the role

  • Answering incoming calls from agents, reps and customers and responding to all queries
  • Order processing – data entry
  • Database and file maintenance
  • Authorising credits and processing returns
  • Maintaining effective communication with customers and internal staff
  • Co-ordinating workload to ensure all customer service goals are reached
  • Additional special projects and duties as required

Skills and experience

  • Minimum of one year experience within a similar function
  • Demonstrated superior customer service skills, high level communication skills
  • Clear concise telephone manner
  • Efficient and accurate data entry skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow up skills
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy – Microsoft office
  • SAP knowledge will be beneficial

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • General clerical and administrative skills

  • Willingness to be proactive, and the ability to work autonomously as part of a greater team
