The Opportunity

We are seeking  a highly  motivated and experienced customer service representative to become a vital part of our Customer Service team!  This position will become split into 2 components; You will first start in our Scoresby office you will be expected to work within a team based environment and reporting into the Customer Service Team Leader. The second part of the role will entail to join our new Distribution Centre and transition into face to face counter sales. Some of the responsibilities will include however not be limited to:

  • Maintain and promote Daikin's integrity by providing a professional level of customer service at all times.
  • Deal with customer / dealer queries through multiple channels, or escalate queries where required. This includes being the forefront of our business and taking care of inbound and outbound queries.
  • Deal with a allocated customer base
  • Provide product information such as service or operating manuals on request.
  • General administration assistance to the VIC sales team.
  • Working within a dyanmic team environment and also participating in other ad-hoc duties as required.

The Right People

To be considered for the numerous opportunities the right people will need to have the following:

  • Proven experience working within a role that required a heavy level of customer service. Prior contact centre experience and trade counter sales will be highly regarded.
  • Strong knowledge and exposure using SAP
  • Immaculate communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • A real team player with the willingness to learn the Daikin way
