Client Details
Our client is a leading automotive repair business based in Baulkham Hills, with over 20 flagship stores across Australia, who are looking to bring on a new Inbound Customer Service representative. Our client has a renowned reputation for offering excellent Customer Service and innovative practices.
Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Tending to general enquiries
- Tending to customer complaints
- Building rapport with both customers and clients
- General administration
- Quoting customers
Profile
The successful candidate will have previous experience within a customer facing role, as well as the ability to work inclusive of a team. Attitude is extremely important, our client is seeking someone who is motivated and proactive. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is also required, as well as excellent communication skills.
