Our client is a family owned and run business operating in WA providing insurance damage claim related building services to insurance company and clients.
Client Details
Our client is a leading specialist in the building & construction industry based North of the river. Due to continuous growth, they are seeking an experience Claims Coordinator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a full time role with a fun and dynamic organisational culture and permanent opportunity for the successful individual.
Description
This main duties include but are not limited to:
- Managing a high volume of claims at any one time
- Ensuring that all repairs that are required are carried out efficiently
- Liaising with trades daily to ensure repairs are progressing
- Liaising with the Policy Holders on a regular basis to try and ensure they feel as supported as possible throughout this often stressful process.
- Monitoring all my claims regularly to ensure that the repair process is running smoothly
- Answering all phone calls
- Monitoring high volume of emails received throughout the day
- Working to ensure all KPI's are met
Profile
The successful candidate will have prior experience in a similar role. Also required:
- Prior experience in a KPI driven environment
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience with high volume insurance claims
- Experience in a high volume call centre
